Research Award of the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation

In recognition of his academic achievements, Professor Leonid Berlyand from Pennsylvania State University in the US was granted the Alexander von Humboldt Research Award for a stay in Heidelberg and collaboration.

He thereby has the opportunity to spend part of his sabbatical in Heidelberg.

The Alexander von Humboldt Foundation strengthens Germany as a research location through international research exchanges. We are therefore very pleased to welcome Professor Berlyand as a distinguished member of the Humboldt Network of outstanding researchers.
